Delivery methods:<\/h3>

  • Nova Poshta.<\/strong>
    Courier delivery via Nova Poshta is available throughout Ukraine. Orders are processed within 1\u20132 days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Delivery costs to a Nova Poshta branch are as follows:
    * weight up to 20 kg: 200 UAH
    * weight from 20.0001 kg to 30 kg: 400 UAH
    *excluding the cash-on-delivery fee and the 0.5% insurance charge.<\/p>

    Delivery time via Nova Poshta ranges from 1 to 3 days. The buyer has the right to thoroughly inspect the order upon delivery. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number (waybill number). You can track your order on the Nova Poshta website (https:\/\/tracking.novaposhta.ua\/#\/uk\/) or via the Nova Poshta mobile app.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • Self-pickup.<\/strong> Orders can be picked up from the store at the following address: 23 Lvivska St., Kyiv, during store business hours (10:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM). Self-pickup is available subject to prior reservation and confirmation of the order with our manager.<\/li><\/ul>

      Payment methods:<\/h3>
      • MonoPay<\/strong>. In your shopping cart, select “MonoPay” as the payment method and click the “Pay for order by card” button below. You will be automatically redirected to the payment page. Bank fees may apply: 0.5\u20131.5% + 5 UAH (based on card-to-card transfer rates); 4% for credit funds.<\/li>
      • Cash on delivery.<\/strong> Money transfer service paid by the recipient according to the transport company’s rates. Nova Poshta charges a fee for the money transfer: 20 UAH + 2% of the item’s value.<\/li>
      • Payment to a bank account<\/strong>. Payment to a sole proprietorship account (please verify).<\/li>
      • Cash payment:<\/strong> upon receipt of the order from a Nova Poshta courier; at a Nova Poshta branch; or via store pickup at 23 Lvivska St., Kyiv, Ukraine, Postal Code 03115 (Sviatoshyno). Payment is made in the national currency\u2014the hryvnia.<\/li>
