Returns and Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>

The company processes returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights.” Exchanges and returns are handled via the “Nova Poshta” delivery service or in person at 23 Lvivska St., Kyiv, 02000, Ukraine.

Return and Exchange Timeframes<\/strong><\/p>

Goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt by the buyer. Return shipping arrangements are made by mutual agreement.<\/p><\/div>

Return Conditions for Goods of Proper Quality<\/strong><\/p><\/div>

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” there are two reasons why a buyer may return or exchange a purchased item:<\/p>

  1. the product does not meet the quality standards declared by the manufacturer;<\/li>
  2. the product meets all requirements but, for some reason, does not suit the buyer.<\/li><\/ol>

    Returns are processed using the “Nova Poshta” delivery service.
    Returned items must be in proper condition, specifically:<\/p>

    • the product packaging is undamaged;<\/li>
    • the package contents are complete;<\/li>
    • there is no mechanical damage;<\/li>
    • there are no signs of use.
      Returns can be sent within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the sender. Refunds are issued via a method convenient for the client within 3 business days of the seller receiving and inspecting the returned item.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

      Terms for Returning Defective Goods<\/strong><\/p>

      In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” if defects are discovered within the established warranty period, the consumer has the right\u2014subject to the procedures and timeframes prescribed by law\u2014to demand:<\/p>

      • a proportional reduction in price<\/li>
      • free rectification of the product’s defects<\/li>
      • reimbursement of expenses incurred in rectifying the product’s defects<\/li>
      • if the defects are irreparable, the Customer may request a replacement product or a refund<\/li><\/ul>

        Notification regarding the receipt of defective goods must be made within the first 24 hours after the Customer receives the product, either by phone call or via email to satup.me@gmail.com.<\/p>

        Consumer claims under this article will not be honored if the seller or manufacturer (the entity fulfilling the consumer’s claims established in the first part of this article) proves that the defects arose due to the consumer’s violation of the rules for using or storing the product. The consumer has the right to participate in the product quality inspection personally or through a representative.
        Returns are made at the Recipient’s expense.<\/p>

        Refunds are issued via a method convenient for the customer within 3 business days of the seller receiving and inspecting the product.<\/p>
