General provisions<br>1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPolicy\u201d) defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing, and using the personal data of users of the SETUP website (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cWebsite\u201d). The Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation and the principles of personal data protection.  <br>1.2 Personal data means any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific User: name, surname, contact details, email address, phone number, information about actions on the website, device data, messages, and other information provided by the User during registration, filling out forms, participating in surveys, or communicating with customer support. <br>1.3 Processing of personal data includes any actions with them: collection, storage, systematization, updating, use, transfer, blocking, or deletion. <br>1.4 Use of the website is only possible if the User agrees to this Policy. The User understands that careless attitude to the security of their data may lead to unauthorized access by third parties.  <br><br>2. Conditions of access to data<br>4.1 Data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary to provide services (payment, delivery, support) or on the basis of the requirements of Ukrainian law.<br>4.2 Statistical data that does not contain personal information may be published to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Site.<br>4.3 The Website may contain links to other resources to which this Policy does not apply.<br>4.4 Data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis. <br><br>5. Changing and deleting data<br>5.1 Users can change or delete their data, withdraw their consent to its processing through their Personal Account or by sending a request by email.<br>5.2 Upon receipt of the request, data processing will be terminated, except in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.<br>5.3 Deleting data may limit the functionality of some services on the Website.<br><br>6. Data protection <br><\/span>6.1 Technical, organizational, and legal measures are applied to protect personal data, preventing unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure of information.<br>6.2 Security measures are monitored on an ongoing basis.<br><br><br>7. Additional terms<br>7.1 The Site reserves the right to change the terms of the Policy at any time.
